Nhon Trach 3&4 Thermal Power Plant is the first LNG fuel power in Vietnam. The project was implemented by Petro Vietnam Power Corporation with J/V Samsung C&T and Vietnamese E&C Lilama J/V as EPC. PPL is the project’s transport unit, providing import customs clearance and inland haulage services.

It was remarkable in August and September 2023 with the first 02 heavy and most important packages of gas turbine (453.6MT) and transformer (390 MT) were successfully carried and handed over to the project by using SPMT.

Mode of transport: direct truck for containerized cargoes, combined truck/barge for break bulk shipments, and SPMT for super heavy packages.

Transport distance: 70 km
