Expedite your inclusion into XLProjects with a streamlined application process. As a prospective member, you are required to furnish four references of paramount importance to the integrity of your application. These endorsements should be sourced from international partners who have previously engaged in project logistics with your company over time. To ensure a comprehensive reference, please provide full contact details including the company name, contact person’s name, direct phone/mobile number, and direct email address. Your references should encapsulate the following criteria:

  • Hold senior management positions within their organizations
  • Be established in markets external to your domestic region
  • Have a minimum of two years of collaborative experience with your entity
  • Represent independent agencies, with no significant shared ownership or affiliations within your corporate group

Prior to application submission, we encourage a discussion regarding the XLProjects membership fees, which vary based on the number of offices you operate. A compulsory aspect of membership is participation in the Keystone Financial Protection Program, ensuring a secure financial environment for all XLProjects members.
