For one of their longstading customers of vacuum dryers, Trans-Trading arranged a transport from Bodenkirchen/Lower Bavaria to a sawmill in Schwindegg.
The dryer weighed 34 tons and the dimensions were 28 x 4 x 4 meters. The transport was accompanied by police escorts and support vehicles.
Full driving skills were required to maneuver the 36-meter transport through tight curves. The convoy was able to continue its journey with precise instructions from the auxiliaries.
The attendants had to repeatedly remove signs and boundary posts so that the lane was wide enough. The convoy started at midnight on Tuesday evening and arrived on time safely a few hours later at destination Schwindegg.
